At Pencils, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your writing instruments, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items. If your pencil isn't the perfect fit for your creative process, we are happy to facilitate a quick return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused pencils in their original packaging to prevent lead breakage during transit and include your printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
